Many vendors from Riverton and Across Fremont County provide abundant 'Shopportunitites' for Mother's Day and more!

While a lot of mothers, moms, wives, grandmothers and aunts seem to already have everything imaginable, making gift selections a challenge. The Pre-Mother's Day Flea Market is gathering dozens of vendors from Riverton and across Fremont County inside the Fremont Center at the Fremont County Fairgrounds this Saturday and Sunday for the chance to shop one-of-a-kind and in-demand items for not only Mother's Day but bridal and baby showers, summer weddings, anniversaries and more. As a special bonus, several vendors will have  Mother's Day shopping assistance for even the youngest of children shopping on very small budgets from one to five dollars.

In addition to shopping there will be games to play, prizes to win, including TVs and radios, plus free drawings. The venue is ADA friendly, everyone is welcome and concessions are available on site.

Community Flea Markets, presented by Cowboy State Marketing LLC, bring together an eclectic mix of vendors with everything from local services to brand new merchandise in pop-up stores, to vintage items, antiques, and a tremendous assortment of new with original price tags to used items from individuals who are spring cleaning, downsizing, preparing for a move to thinning down their personal collections of everything from books, dolls and other collectibles to "Man Stuff" including supplies and equipment for hunting, fishing and trapping.

Much-loved local artists and artisans will be on hand to answer questions about their work and offer custom projects and commissioned pieces. All mediums of art, plus jewelry and wood items will be found and some vendors will even be offering lay-a-way on larger ticket items along with delivery for some of the larger items such as pieces of furniture.

Treat yourself to old-fashioned fudge, cinnamon rolls and Kettle Korn while you visit with local residents, business people, artists and entrepreneurs.

The Fremont Center at 1010 Fairgrounds Drive in Riverton will be filled with variety and open to the public with free admission on Saturday, May 1st from 9 to 5 and Sunday May 2nd from 10 to 3. ADA accessible, public restrooms with plenty of hand soap and hot water, hand sanitizer on-site and masks are optional, not required.
