SERVERS & VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Last year, a few people who were crazy enough to believe in buying beef locally started the Rendezvous City Beef Roundup. The idea was to have producers of beef from all over Wyoming compete for the "Best Beef in Wyoming". Despite COVID, our first year was an enormous success! It was held at CWC, and it was fun and enlightening for visitors and guests.
This year, we have had interest from other states inquiring about how to start their own beef roundups. We will also be having an "Open" event where producers in other states compete to see who wins the best beef in surrounding states. Nine (9) out of state producers are committed to competing! High Mountain Seasonings, Murdock's and others have committed to being platinum sponsors.
The highlight of this event is the Wyoming producers' beef tasting and dinner! This VIP event allows people who have purchased tickets to taste and vote on the best beef in Wyoming. Last year, we had 6 dedicated servers for 50 people due to COVID restrictions. This year, we will have over 100 people attending this event at CWC.

We are in need of people who will be willing to serve at the event. The event is Saturday, August 28th and the time would be from 3pm to around 8pm. We will be having two flights of tastings this year, and we want servers to be dedicated to each table to ensure the process runs smoothly and the people who attend are provided the best table service around.
Volunteers Sought! There would be an orientation a few days before the event to go over table assignments and to get the servers familiar with the process.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Tyler Mcann at 307-850-8403. We are hoping that, eventually this event will rival The Riverton Balloon Rally in attendance and visitor dollars flowing into Riverton!
