Mark your Calendars with GoRiverton!
Our e-blasts go out on Mondays for the week, Friday for the weekend.

E-mail goriverton@gmail.com
✏️ a note...
Happy Monday, Riverton! You'll notice that today's GoRiverton's e-blast has undergone a few changes. Instead of having to manage a long thread of flyers and posters for our readers to scroll through...there are now buttons for May events and June-Aug events that lead to the GoRiverton website. These buttons are located after the FYI section.
Ongoing events, fundraisers, announcements, etc. will be posted after the buttons.
If you have a poster or flyer, or announcement for our FYI section, please feel free to reach out to me at
goriverton@gmail.comPlease send flyers as a PDF or JPEG...these will be linked up to your website, your Facebook page, or County 10 article, so be sure that those are updated with your most current information! Don't see your post? Let me know, it might have gotten lost in my plethora of emails!
😉 (Please send at least 2-4 weeks before your event.)
Like GoRiverton? We've had incredible responses and a lot of positive feedback on our increasingly popular Facebook page...we love being your cheerleader, so keep it up! FYI, you can show your support for GoRiverton and the Riverton Downtowners Main Street Alliance through our promotional fundraising campaign! CLICK HERE for details and be a part of the beautification, revitalization, and preservation of Riverton's Main Street corridor!
Thank you for reading, sharing and engaging, and...Go Riverton!

this week/weekend...
LOCAL FOOD POTLUCK
Thursday, April 27
6:00-8:00 p.m.
524 East Main Street

Please join the community for an old-fashioned potluck gathering. Bring a dish to share and see what others contribute. You can bring anything you would like to include in the meal with homemade and any local food additions being highly encouraged. Senator Tim Salazar will share a brief update on food freedom legislation and other updates and goals. Visit our Facebook page for more information!
Singer-Songwriter Night at Brown Sugar Coffee Roastery
Saturday, April 29 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Join us for our Singer Songerwriter Open Mic night to experience the many talents our community has to offer. Family friendly, all ages welcome. If you wish to perform, please text 307-840-0466 for your 15 minute spot. Musicians who write, compose, and perform their own musical material, including lyrics and melodies are welcome to perform. See you there!
Riverton High School After Prom is funded solely by donations and grants and on average costs between $10,000-$15,000.
The party is held to keep our youth safe and off the roads on one of the statistically “deadliest” nights of the year.
We rely completely on the generosity and support of our community businesses and families and, of course, our amazing Rec Board!
Volunteers will be heading out to many of our local businesses this month with flyers. Please remember, every.little.bit.counts!
If you would like to donate,
please comment or message us (on Facebook) and we will be sure to send someone by.
Personal and family donations are also greatly appreciated!

SURVEY! The good local food people of Fremont County continue to think on, and visit about, how to create a state-inspected "commissary" kitchen for local food businesses to utilize for their value-added food processing, food preparation and private chef-ing. Perhaps, one located at Riverton's Fremont Local Market and another in Lander.
To facilitate this, CWC seeks input on how to expand the local food economy through the production of locally grown and processed foods, developing additional sales channels for local food retail, what the education needs are for developing value-added processed food products and if there is a need for a shared-use inspected commercial kitchen for making value-added products.

Please join the conversation by filling out this linked survey. Your responses are anonymous unless you choose to provide contact information.
