Innovative Printmaking Techniques This series of classes will focus on combining printmaking and laser technology. Experimenting with different printmaking techniques, students will learn how to use MS307 laser cutter to produce stencils and plates for fine art prints. Introductory projects will include using the laser cutter to: Learn the LightBurn program and appropriate file formats Create stencils for monoprinting Cut puzzle prints out of laser plywood Create collagraphs using cardboard & matboard Previous printmaking experience would be helpful but not necessary.
