Children’s Exploration Series: Ranch Day Riverton Museum Saturday, August 14 from 1-4PM Learn about and experience pioneer cooking techniques, roping, branding, rodeo, and the animals of the area with activities that are fun for the whole family! Admission is free. RIVERTON KIWANIS: SPONSORS & VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! The "Sleep in Heavenly Peace Build Day" is quickly approaching and we need YOU! The Riverton Kiwanis Club has partnered with Sleep In Heavenly Peace - a volunteer organization that builds beds for kids that are sleeping on the floor - and will be hosting a build day on Saturday, August 14th from 8:00 am-11:00 am at Riverton City Park. We are in need of event sponsors (corporate and individual) and 45 volunteers to make this a successful event. Building skills are not a requirement to participate. If you have a desire to serve, we will put you to work. We have already delivered a large number of beds to children in Riverton. However, the need is large!
