Wow! The Fremont County music scene is just as Hot as the month of July so far...

First, Pat M took a second shot with a new song for him at last Wed's Riverton Music Jam with 'I'm All Shook Up' and more! But as would have it, he didn't stop the music there. I heard he was On-stage and did a great job with more songs two more times this past Sat ... early aft at Riverton City Park 'Happy Days' and that eve at a private event.

Riverton Acoustic Music Jam

At the Riverton Holiday Inn convention Center - Wed. eve 6:30PM - 9:30PM - July 27th

At the Riverton Senior Citizens Center - Wed. eves 6:30PM - 9:00PM - July 13th and 20th
Soft drinks, eats and treats to pass are welcome... so, bring your favorite delectables along to share!

Remember, this group is No Longer Amped-up individually for sound and voice but rather thru a shared sound system for solo songsters to take a turn (or Take2) at one of the mics provided front and center to lead their tune, inviting others in to 'take a ride.'

Also note, a 'Jam Facilitator' volunteer will handle the flow of the jam floor at each jam session - your full attention and cooperation with all eyes and ears on that person is greatly appreciated!

Recommended early sound system set-up time is 5:30PM for those who can arrive early to lend a helping hand. Otherwise. come as you can, find a spot and pls don't disrupt the jam that will hopefully be in progress by 6:30PM. Thanks!

In addition to the fun time Jammerz had in Lander Sat morn at the LAC, I was told that two of Lander's very own music groups entertained to the delight of the audience Sat. eve at the South Pass City 'Gold Rush Days' festivities - and they were Bill n Jo Boycott and the Low Water String Band!

The newly formed 'River City Ramblers'* (Jake, Raj, Dennis and Drew - with a Big Thank You to fill-in drummers Scotty and Dylan!) set-up and performed in the bandshell at Riverton City Park Sat. morn-aft to provide music entertainment for the Happy Days event attendees too! *I did not get their official name?

And the music fun continued and closed out this past week's events at the Sunday potion of the South Pass City 'Gold Rush Days' with area volunteer Mucic Jammerz from Lander, Riverton, Doubois and Great Falls Montana. See who you recognise via this link:

So, with this past week's' events noted (as I was aware of and/or could attended) seems the start-up of another week of music fun is in the making here in Riverton this evening as yellow highlighted below... hope to see you all there!
